Agriturismo Poggio Corbello in Massa Marittima invites you to celebrate spring with two special menus dedicated to April 25 and May 1.
April 25:
- Appetizers: a riot of flavors with cured meats, cheeses and mixed fried foods;
- First courses:
◦ rabbit ravioli alla cacciatora
◦ lasagnetta artichokes and sausage; - Main course: beef roast-beef with asparagus, a tender and flavorful meat main course;
- Dessert: panna cotta with strawberries, a fresh and light dessert to end your lunch on a high note;
- Drinks included: water, coffee and a quart of wine per person selected by the farm;
- Price: 40 € per person.
May 1:
- Appetizers: beef tartar, mixed fritters and local cured meats;
- First courses:
◦ calamarata with eggplant cream, ricotta salata and confit tomatoes
◦ pappardella with wild boar ragout; - Main course: millefeuille of arista and artichokes;
- Dessert: decomposed strawberry tart;
- Drinks included: water, coffee and a quart of wine per person selected by the farm;
- Price: 40 € per person.
A special menu for little ones
For children, the Poggio Corbello farmhouse has prepared a special menu; a first course, a pasta with meat sauce or tomato sauce, and a second course be it a hamburger with fries or cutlets with fries.
Price 20 €.
