Fare conditions
For final confirmation we require a deposit of 30%. The tourist tax is € 1.00 per adult for maximum 7 days. Children under 14 are exempt.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations will be subject to penalties as follows:
- up to 45 days before the arrival date will not be applied any penalty;
- from 45 to 15 days before arrival will be withheld the deposit and an additional penalty of 30% of the entire stay booked will be applied;
- from 14 days to 7 days before the arrival date the deposit will be retained and a further penalty of 50% of the entire stay will be applied;
- from 6 to 0 days before the arrival date will be charged a penalty equal to 100% of the entire stay booked.
