This year, we invite you to enjoy a unique experience with Easter Lunch 2025 at Poggio Corbello, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma.

Let yourself be conquered by the genuine flavours of our land, with a menu designed to surprise and delight the palate. In a warm and welcoming atmosphere, surrounded by the green Tuscan hills and Lake Accesa, you can enjoy dishes that combine tradition and creativity.

Aperitif

A tasty start to prepare the palate:

  • Schiaccia nera with mortadella mousse

  • Montanarina tomato and pecorino

  • Mini maremmana tartare, caper and egg yolk emulsion, lampascioni

  • Arista and Medlar Tonkatsu

Appetisers

  • Asparagus and provolone strudel, pea cream

  • Sorbra bbq strips, grilled cauliflower salad

First courses

  • Tortelli with potatoes, artichokes and pecorino cheese

  • Acquerello rice with parmesan, roast sauce, guinea fowl and cocoa beans

Main courses

A choice of:

  • Lamb stew, sun-dried tomato and anchovy pesto, cream of carrots and ginger

  • Glazed’ beef steak, radicchietti with traditional balsamic vinegar

Dessert

  • Strawberries, chocolate and raspberries
