Every morning we collect the best produce from our garden to serve to our guests in the wholesome traditional dishes offered in our restaurant; we also make extra virgin olive oil, grappa and IGT Maremma Toscana wines, the names of which recall the ancient Etruscans who lived on the banks of Lake Accesa.
